Nope! Although we specialize in working with high-performing athletes, we work with high performers of all kinds and levels.

Yes! We accept insurance for mental health services, but not for coaching services. If you are in Colorado, we accept Aetna, United, and Medicaid, including CHP+. We are currently paneling with all major insurances in NM. 

If we are not in network with your insurance, our private pay rate is $145/53 min session. We offer superbills for you to provide to your insurance to attempt reimbursement. 

Athletes and individuals often face a range of mental and emotional challenges related to performance, competition, and everyday life. These may include trauma, PTSD, and sport-related PTSD, as well as anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

When these challenges begin to affect performance, well-being, or daily functioning, we provide support and guidance to help work through performance blocks and challenges, stress and burnout, body dysmorphia, and disordered eating or exercise.

For those navigating life beyond sport, we also offer support during transitions out of athletics or retirement, as well as through experiences of grief and loss, family and relationship dynamics, and leadership or personal development.

We work with athletes of all ages. We have services tailored for youth athletes who are in more devopmental stages of their lives; college athletes who have the added pressure of academics; and pro athletes of all ages who are dealing with the challenges of their sport as well as those of adult life.

Yes, our practice is equipped to provide specialized support to both teams and individual athletes. Our approach is versatile and adaptive, recognizing that the dynamics of team sports differ from the individual athlete's experience.

For teams, we focus on enhancing group cohesion, communication, and collective mental resilience. We understand that a team's performance is not just the sum of individual efforts but also the product of synergy and unity. Our interventions are designed to optimize team culture, foster leadership, and ensure that every team member can thrive within the team environment.

Yes! We offer in-person services at our Centennial location in Colorado only.

Unfortunately, at this time, we only offer mental health counseling in CO and NM. We are happy to help you find a therapist near you! We offer mental performance coaching globally.

Our team comprises dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, each holding a Master's degree in counseling. With years of hands-on experience in the field, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice.

Beyond our formal qualifications, we are athletes too. Our dual perspective as counselors and life-long athletes enables us to not only apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques but also integrate practical insights from our own athletic experiences.
